Gulya is an ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused therapist and supervisor, and a psychosexual and relationship therapist. Her first career in Moscow was as a medical doctor, paediatrician and clinical neurologist. She moved to the UK in 1993 and later retrained in many therapeutic approaches. She helps people change their habitual distressing negative patterns of ‘blame-distance’ or ‘attack-withdraw’ into safe emotional connection and functioning, working predominantly in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach and bringing in other modalities when necessary. She specialises in working with distressed couples on a wide range of emotional, relational and sexual concerns. Gulya is also the founding director of EFT Clinic in London and EFT International School.
Azah is a couples counsellor and uses Emotionally Focused Therapy in her sessions. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and graduated with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her purpose is to help couples who feel stuck in their marriage or relationship get back to the happy place and remind them why they fell in love in the first place.
Over 14 years of meeting many couples and families through her wedding and family photography business, Grace realised there was a need to provide greater support for couples and families to thrive in their relationships. From this, Comma – Rethink Life was born. Grace is a certified coach under the International Coaching Federation. Her deepest desire is to help you connect authentically to your heart, build thriving relationships and live a purpose-driven life.
