It’s a parent thing to do – to always put your family before yourself. But keep doing that without finding a way to replenish all that you are giving, and you will soon be running on empty. Sometimes “empty” can look like this:

Feeling less joy
Getting upset at your spouse easily
Always feeling angry at your children
